摘　　要：糖尿病性肾脏疾病是糖尿病主要的并发症之一,是导致慢性肾衰竭的主要原因。在目前的医疗条件下,西医对本病没有理想的治疗手段,而中医中药在糖尿病性肾脏疾病的治疗中取得了比较好的疗效,在改善临床症状上尤为明显,在联合西医常规治疗的基础上能有效减轻和延缓本病的发展。本文对近年来有关中医中药治疗糖尿病性肾脏疾病的文献作一综合性回顾,探讨中医中药在糖尿病性肾脏疾病治疗中的优势。Diabetic kidney disease is one of the major complications of diabetes,is a major cause of chronic renal fail- ure.Western medicine has no good treatment for this disease.Traditional Chinese Medicine has achieved good results in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, especially in improving clinical symptoms.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,it can effectively reduce and delay the development of the disease.In this paper,a comprehensive review of the literature on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease in recent years, to explore the advantages of tradi- tional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
