“一对一”孕前保健咨询在二胎高龄妇女妊娠中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探析"一对一"孕前保健咨询在二胎高龄妇女妊娠中的应用价值。方法选择2016年2月~2017年2月于我院住院分娩的126例二胎高龄妊娠妇女为研究对象,采用随机数表将其分为对照组(63例)与观察组(63例)。对照组行常规孕前护理,观察组在此基础上增加"一对一"孕前保健咨询内容。比较两组产妇并发症发生情况及分娩结局。结果观察组子痫前期及妊娠期糖尿病发生率、剖宫产率均低于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "一对一"孕前保健咨询在二胎高龄妇女妊娠的临床护理中具有极高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of ＂one-to-one＂ pre-pregnaney health counseling in the second pregnancy of elderly women.Methods 126 cases of second pregnancy elderly women in our hospital for hospital delivery from February 2016 to February 2017 were seleted as the study objects,according to the random number table they were divided into control group （63 cases） and observation group （63 cases）.The control group was given routine preoperative care,and the observation group was given ＂one-to-one＂ pre-pregnancy health counseling content on the basis of the routine preoperative care.The outcomes of maternal deliveries and scores the two groups of were compared.Results The incidence of preeclampsia and gestational diabetes mellitus,and cesarean section rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the postpartum hemorrhage was less than the control group,the differences were statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂One-to-one＂ pre-pregnancy health counseling has a high application value in the clinical nursing of the second pregnancy women.
