新型城镇化进程质量测度及区域空间差异分析

摘　　要：基于新时代背景下新型城镇化的核心内涵,构建出人口、经济、社会、生态宜居、城乡统筹等五个子系统的新型城镇化水平综合评价指标体系。以安徽省为例进行实证分析,运用熵值法对其2005-2014年新型城镇化进程质量进行综合测度,并采用系统聚类法对测算结果进行聚类分析,进而分析其省域空间差异性。结果发现:从时间上看,安徽省新型城镇化水平的发展整体呈不断上升状态;从空间差异上看,其城镇化水平呈中高周低、南高北低的空间格局。最后,根据聚类分析的结果对安徽省16市的新型城镇化发展水平进行具体分类,并给出了相应的对策和建议。Based on the core connotation of new urbanization in the background of the new era, a comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization level is constructed, including such five subsystems as population, econo-my , society, eco - friendliness, overall planning of urban and rural areas. Anhui Province is chosen as a case in point for empirical analysis. Entropy method was used to measure the process quality in new urbanization in An-hui Province from 2005 -2014. And the method of system clustering is used for cluster analysis, and the result is analyzed. The findings are as follows. In terms of time, the development of new urbanization level in Anhui province enjoys an overall rise. From the spatial perspective, the level of urbanization is high in the central area and low in the surrounding areas, the north being high while south low. Finally, the new urbanization develop-ment level of 16 cities in Anhui province is analyzed according to the results of the cluster analysis of the 16 cities in Anhui Province. And the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
