基于Mathcad的气弹簧工作性能分析和选型

摘  要:气弹簧以其良好的力学性能在工业设备中得到广泛使用。为了满足不同工况及操作需求,需要选取气弹簧最优的安装位置以及关键参数。该文利用数学分析软件Mathcad,以气弹簧安装铰接点位置以及气弹簧在工作过程中压缩行程及支撑力为参数,对其工作过程中支撑力矩的变化规律进行了数学分析及图像转换,并根据所得的结果,对气弹簧进行参数优选。Gas spring is widely used in industrial equipment with its good mechanical properties. In order to meet the operation personnel of different operational requirements, we need to make sure the optimal installation position and to select the suitable key parameters o f gas spring. In this paper, we took the installation position and the force o f maximum compression state o f gas spring as the parameter, and stud-ied the change of support moment during its working process by using the mathematical analysis software Mathcad. At the same time, Ac-cording to the obtained results, we select the appropriate installation position and gas spring models.
