摘  要:为了研究正戊醇/Fischer-Tropsch(简称F-T)柴油混合燃料对柴油机性能的影响,在186FA单缸风冷柴油机上分别燃用0#柴油、F-T柴油及在F-T柴油中添加体积比分别为5%、10%和20%的三种正戊醇/F-T柴油混合燃料PE5、PE10和PE20,分析其燃油经济性、常规排放气体和碳烟颗粒石墨化程度。结果表明:(1)与0#柴油相比,燃用F-T柴油后有效燃油消耗率与CO、HC、NO_X和碳烟排放均降低。3 600 r/min、10%负荷时,油耗降低3.6%;额定工况(3 600 r/min,100%负荷)时,CO、HC、NO_X和碳烟的排放降幅分别为48.1%、76.9%、33.0%和27.3%。(2)与F-T柴油相比,正戊醇/F-T柴油混合燃料随着正戊醇掺混比的增加,有效燃油消耗率上升,3 600 r/min、10%负荷时,PE5、PE10和PE20油耗分别增加了1.2%、8.9%和16.1%;CO排放在小负荷(10%和25%负荷)时增加,增幅为37.8%~134.0%,全负荷(100%负荷)时降低,降幅为8.6%~30.2%;HC排放增加,在所有工况点,增幅为14.3%~183.3%;碳烟排放降低,在所有工况点,降幅为5.7%~45.7%;NO_X排放在所有工况点均降低,降幅为2.9%~32.4%。(3)同一工况下,五种试验燃料产生的碳烟颗粒石墨化程度由高到低依次为F-T柴油>PE5>PE10>PE20>0#柴油,并且随负荷的增大各燃料颗粒石墨化程度均加强。表明正戊醇/F-T柴油混合燃料在F-T柴油的基础上,可有效降低碳烟排放,并可同时减少NO_X排放,解决了柴油机碳烟和NO_X排放之间"此起彼伏"的关系,而且油耗并无明显的增加,因此正戊醇/F-T柴油混合燃料具有一定的推广价值。In order to study the influence of n-pentanol/Fischer-Tropsch( F-T) diesel blended fuels on performance of diesel engine,0 # diesel oil,F-T diesel fuel and three kinds of n-pentanol/F-T diesel blended fuels PE5,PE10 and PE20 which means n-pentanol is added to the F-T diesel fuelwith a volume ratio of 5%,10% and 20% respectively are used in the single cylinder air-cooled diesel engine 186 FA. And fuel economy,conventional emission gas and the graphitization degree of soot particles are analyzed. The result shows that:(1) Compared with 0 # diesel fuel,the brake specific fuel consumption and CO,HC,NO_X and soot emissions are reduce by using the F-T diesel fuel. Fuel consumption reduces by 3. 6% under 3 600 r/min,10% load. CO,HC,NO_X and soot emissions decrease by 48. 1%,76. 9%,33. 0% and 27. 3% respectively at rated condition( 3 600 r/min,10% load);(2)Compared with the F-T diesel,with the increase of n-pentanol mixing ratio,the brake specific fuel consumption increases,the fuel consumption of PE5,PE10 and PE20 increase by 1. 2%,8. 9% and 16. 1% respectively at 3 600 r/min,10% load; CO emissions increase with small loads( 10% and 25% load) by 37. 8% ~ 134. 0%,it decreases at the full load( 100% load) by 8. 6% ~ 30. 2%; HC emissions increase by 14. 3% ~ 183. 3% at all operating points; Soot emissions decrease by 5. 7% ~ 45. 7% at all operating points; the NO_X emissions of mixed fuels decrease at all operating conditions,and the decline is 2. 9% ~ 32. 4%;(3)At the same working condition,the graphitization degree of the soot particles produced by the five kinds of test fuels from high to low is F-T diesel > PE5 > PE10 > PE20 > 0 #diesel,and with the increase of the load,the graphitization degree of the fuel particles is strengthened. It shows that n-pentanol/F-T diesel blended fuel can reduce the soot emission effectively based on F-T diesel,it can reduce NO_X emission at the same time,and it has solved the'as one falls,another rises'relationship between soot and NO_X emissions on diesel engine,and there is no obvious
