摘 要:大规模风电的随机变化给电力系统运行调度带来很大挑战,因此,评估电网可接纳的风电容量对电力系统的安全运行具有重要意义。为了更加准确地评估电网可接纳风电的容量,文中建立了考虑发电和弃风可靠性指标的电网接纳风电评估的优化模型,在保证电力系统安全可靠运行的前提下尽可能减少弃风。同时,提出了一种将非线性混合整数约束转换为线性混合整数约束的解算方法,以大大提高模型解算的效率。最后,采用Garver 6和IEEE 30节点系统进行计算分析,得到考虑系统可靠性的风电接入容量,验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。与现有的电网接纳风电容量评估模型相比,所提的模型在评估精度和计算效率两个方面上均具有优越性,可为调度人员选择风电并网容量和配置旋转备用容量提供参考。Stochastic features of large-scale wind power will bring great challenges to power system scheduling and operation. It is important to evaluate the ability of grid to accommodate wind power for the security and stability of power system. In order to evaluate the wind power capacity of the grid reasonably and accurately,an optimal evaluation model of wind power capacity is firstly proposed. The variables of probability of load shedding,amount of load shedding,probability of wind curtailment,and amount of wind curtailment are optimized in the proposed model,which can greatly reduce the wind power curtailment. Also,a novel method of converting nonlinear mixed integer constraints into linear mixed integer constraints is proposed for solving the optimization model,which can greatly improve the computational efficiency. Finally,the simulation results of Garver 6 bus and IEEE 30 bus systems are used to verify the proposed model and method. Compared with the existing wind power capacity evaluation model,the proposed model has better performancesboth in evaluation accuracy and computational efficiency. The results of this paper provide the references for the dispatcher to select the capacity of wind power to connect with the power grid and plan the capacity of spinning reserve.
