摘  要:以牛大力(Millettia speciosa Champ.)为对象,利用小鼠常压耐缺氧为实验模型,研究牛大力多糖的抗疲劳作用。实验将小鼠随机分为10组,分别为空白对照组、阳性药对照组(人参蜂王浆,7 m L/kg)和8个给药组,每组10只,雌雄各5只。对应的给药组分别为牛大力多糖低分子量段1低、高浓度组[100 mg/(kg·d)、200 mg/(kg·d)];牛大力多糖低分子量段2低、中、高浓度组[50 mg/(kg·d)、100 mg/(kg·d)、200 mg/(kg·d)];牛大力多糖高分子量段1&2低、中、高浓度组[50 mg/(kg·d)、100 mg/(kg·d)、200 mg/(kg·d)]。连续灌胃给药14 d后,考察其对小鼠常压耐缺氧时间的影响。结果表明:与空白对照组比较,各个给药组都能一定程度的延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间,并且呈现出明显的剂量效应。其中牛大力多糖高分子量段1&2低浓度组的效果最好,高于阳性药对照组的药效。In this paper,the anti-fatigue effect of polysaccharides from Millettia speciosa Champ.( NDLs) was studied using models of mice normobaric hypoxia tolerance. Mice were dividedrandomly into ten groups,a blank control group,a positive control group( ginseng royal jelly,7 m L/kg) and eight treatment groups. Each group had ten mice,five females and five males. The treatment groups included low-molecular weight polysaccharides part 1 at low and high doses[100,200 mg/( kg·d) ],low-molecular weight polysaccharides part 2 at low,medium and high doses[50,100,200 mg/( kg·d) ],and high-molecular weight polysaccharides part 1&2 at low,medium and high doses[50,100,200 mg/( kg·d) ],respectively. All groups were treated by gavage for 14 consecutive days. The normobaric hypoxia tolerance time was determined to investigate the influence of polysaccharides from NDLs on mice. The results indicated that all treatment groups can somewhat prolong the normobaric hypoxia tolerance time and exhibited an obvious dose-dependent manner compared with the blank control group. Among which,the effect of high-molecular weight polysaccharides part 1&2 at low dose group was the best and superior to that of positive control group.
