摘 要:为研究不同氮肥施用量对油麦菜生长发育的影响,采用大田随机区组试验设计,研究了不同氮肥施用量对油麦菜株高、开展度、叶片数以及生物量的影响,结果表明,不同氮肥施用量能显著提高油麦菜的株高、开展度、叶片数和根长。施用46.67kg·hm^(-2)氮肥时油麦菜的生长量有显著提高,施用140.01kg·hm^(-2)氮肥时油麦菜的生长状况达到最佳,当氮肥施用量达到233.35kg·hm^(-2)时,试验小区内油麦菜的产量提高并不明显且有下降趋势。在本试验条件下,综合考虑经济成本和油麦菜食用价值的基础上,氮肥施用量在140.01kg·hm^(-2)左右为宜。In order to study different concentrations of nitrogen fertilizer on the growth of lettuce,using randomized block experiment design,effects of nitrogen fertilizer on concentrations of leaf lettuce,plant height,diameter,leaf number and biomass of lettce were studied.The results show that the influence of different concentrations of nitrogen fertilizer on leaf lettuce growth existence difference, when using 46.67 kg · hm^(-2) nitrogen have significantly improved,using140.01kg·hm^(-2) nitrogen when the growth of leaf lettuce to achieve the best condition,when nitrogen reached to233.35kg·hm^(-2),experimental area to leaf lettuce yield increase is not obvious and has a downward trend.Under this experimental condition,considering the economic costs and leaf lettuce on the basis of the edible value of leaf lettuce nitrogen at around 140.01kg·hm^(-2) is advisable.
