摘　　要：从经济学角度依据"公地悲剧"理论分析了雾霾天气形成的主要原因在于公共池塘资源的非排他性和非竞争性。雾霾天气对经济的发展会产生负面影响,对旅游业、交通运输业、房地产业和化工业等行业的发展产生了冲击。在分析国外雾霾治理经验的基础上,主要从能源结构、产业结构和环保技术服务发展等方面提出我国雾霾治理的路径。From the economical angle and based on the theory of ＂The Tragedy of the Commons＂ , this article analy-zes the main causes of the formation of haze weather lying in the non-exclusive and non-competitive common pool resources. The haze weather has negative effect on the economic development, and has impact on tourism, trans-portation and communication, the real estate and chemical industry, etc. In line with the analysis of the successful experience of foreign haze control and management, the article puts forward the path selection of haze governance in our country from three aspects of energy structure, industrial structure and the development of environmental tech-nology service.
