美国海水养殖业高效发展的关键举措及经验启示

摘　　要：美国海水养殖业的高效发展得益于其行政管理措施的有效统筹、财政资金投入的雄厚支持、科研网络体系的强劲支撑、配套产业体系的有力保障和产业协会组织的协同配合。现阶段中国海水养殖业若要实现高效发展,应积极借鉴美国海水养殖成功经验,尽快建立养殖生态管理模式,完善海水养殖相关法律法规体系建设;强化海水养殖科技支撑作用,重视海水养殖技术创新及实践推广工作;加快海水养殖产业合作组织建设,提升海水养殖生产的组织化水平,完善海水养殖配套产业体系建设,促进海水养殖资源的高效开发利用。The higher economic benefits of marine aquaculture in America depend on effectively overall planning of administrative measures,strong supporting of financial investment,powerfully sustaining of scientific research network system,pithily guaranteeing of matched industry system and cooperating with industry associations.In the future,the efficient development of Chinese marine aquaculture should actively learn from the successful experience of America.It's necessary for China to establish marine aquaculture eco-management mode,scientifically perfect mariculture related laws and regulations system,strengthen the effectively supporting function of science and technology,persistently emphasise mariculture technical innovation and practical promotion,complete matched industry system,focus on improving the construction of cooperative organizations.
