北京市部分医疗单位医用诊断X射线床边机性能分析

摘　　要：目的了解该市部分医疗单位医用诊断X射线床边机性能现状,为政府的有关决策提供参考。方法采用国家标准方法采样,利用国家标准判断结果是否合格。结果床边机合格率仅为75.00%。其中,"光野与照射野四边的偏离"合格率最低(85.42%),其次是"SID值的偏离"(87.50%),第三是"管电压指示的偏离"(89.58%)。结论该市部分医疗单位医用诊断X射线床边机需要更新及维修。Objective To know the medical diagnostic x-ray bedside mechanic property in some medical units in Beijing and provide reference for the related decision of the government.Methods The national standardized method was used for sampling and whether the results were qualified or not was determined by the national standards.Results The qualified rate of bedside mechanism was only 75.00%,the qualified rate of light field and irradiation field quadrilateral deviation was the lowest(85.42%),the deviation of SID was the second(87.50%) and the deviation of tube voltage guidance was the third(89.58%).Conclusion The medical diagnostic x-ray bedside machines in some medical units in our city need update and maintenance.
