摘　　要：目的以清创换药术为例,探讨如何改进教学模式。方法在模拟病房清创换药室结合创伤模型进行教学,按照理论-演示-实操-点评-考核进行,共计8学时,并探讨这种新教学模式的可行性。结果学生学习积极性得到提高,考核结果满意,实习医院反馈较好。结论清创换药术是外科护理工作的重要组成部分,新的教学模式注重理论联系实际,可培养学生技术应用能力。Objective To study how to improve the teaching model taking the debridement and dressing change surgery as an example.Methods The teaching was conducted in the stimulation ward debridement and dressing change room combined with the trauma model and theory-demonstration-practical operation-review-evaluation for eight class hours,and the feasibility of the new teaching model was studied.Results The learning enthusiasm of the students was improved and the evaluation results were satisfactory,and the feedback of the practice hospital was good.Conclusion Debridement and dressing change surgery is an important component in the surgical nursing work,and the new teaching model should pay attention to theory and practice,which can cultivate the technical application ability of students.
