摘  要:建立了极谱法测定铅及铅合金中的微量锡的新方法。过氧化钠熔融试样后,用酸浸取,采用硫酸沉淀并分离铅。在盐酸(2.4 mol/L)-氯化铵(2 mol/L)混合底液中,锡在滴汞电极上产生良好的还原波。试验结果表明,该方法的相对标准偏差RSD小于2%,加标回收率为96.6%~103%。方法准确、可靠,在实际工作中已经得到很好的应用。A new method was established for determination of trace tin in lead and lead alloy by polarography. The sample was melted by sodium peroxide and leached with acid, using sulfuric acid to precipitate and separate lead. In hydrochloric acid (2. 4 mol/L ) - a m m o n i u m chloride (2 mol/L ) mixed base solution, tin on the dropping mercury electrode produced good reduction wave. The relative standard deviation ( RSD ) is less than 2% , the standard addition recovery is 96. 6% - 103 % in the actual sample test method. The method is accurate and relia-ble ,and has been applied very well in practical work.
