摘  要:为研究日粮粗纤维水平对四川白兔生产性能和养分消化率的影响,试验选择30日龄断奶四川白兔400只,随机分成4个处理组,每个处理10个重复,每个重复10只,分别饲喂含12%、14%、16%和18%粗纤维的日粮,饲养试验持续10周。结果显示:粗纤维水平对四川白兔日增重、料重比、腹泻率和死亡率影响显著(P<0.05),对采食量影响不显著(P>0.05),随着日粮粗纤维水平的增加,日增重呈先增加后减小的趋势,料重比呈先减少后增加趋势,腹泻率和死亡率呈逐渐减少趋势;粗纤维水平对四川白兔日粮干物质、粗蛋白质和粗纤维消化率影响显著(P<0.05),对粗脂肪和粗灰分消化率影响不显著(P>0.05),其中干物质和粗蛋白质消化率随着粗纤维水平的增加而逐渐降低,而粗纤维消化率呈先升高后降低的趋势。综合来看,在本试验条件下,四川白兔的日粮粗纤维适宜水平为16%。The experiment was designed to study the effects of dietary crude fiber level on growth performance and nu-trient digestibility in Sichuan white rabbits.A total of 400 Sichuan rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 repli-cates of 10 each.They were fed with diets containing 12%, 14%, 16% and 18% crude fiber respectively.The experiment last-ed for 10 weeks.The results showed that:Dietary crude fiber had significant effect on daily gain, feed conversion ratio, diar- rhea rate and mortality(P 〈 0.05) ,but had no significant effect on the feed intake(P 〉 0.05) , the daily gain showed the first increase and then decrease trend with crude fiber level increased,the feed conversion ratio showed the first decrease and then increase trend,and the diarrhea rate and mortality decreased gradually.Dietary crude fiber had significant effect on di-gestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP) and crude fiber(CF) (P 〈 0.05) , but had no significant effect on digestibili-ty of Ash and ether extrace (EE)(P 〉 0.05) ,the digestibility of DM and CP decrease gradually with CF level increased,and the digestibility of CF showed the first increase and then decrease trend.In conclusion, the appropriate dietary crude fiber level of Sichuan white rabbit was 16%.
