摘  要:大型船舶制造企业存在多仓储点物流协调不佳、厂内配送能力相互制约等问题,本文引入多智能体系统中的协商机制构建仓储管理系统。根据仓储活动流程和问题模型,进行了仓储多智能体系统的原型设计和功能模块映射,确定了各智能体的内部结构和通信模型,并设计了仓储点协商机制和算法,最终开发实现了兼容B/S架构的仓储群管理多智能体系统原型。系统运行表明,使用agent代理仓储点协商,能够进行有效的船企物流自动调度管理,验证了多智能体技术在船舶制造项目仓储管理上的可行性,为船企智能化管理提供了思路。There have been numerous unsolved problems on warehouse management in large scale shipyards, such as inconsistent materials' through-put and unmatched logistics. This paper introduces so-called multi-agent system's (MASs) negotiation mechanism to model the warehouse clusters and warehouse management system. Considering the warehouse activities and problem model,the prototype of a warehouse MAS and its function mapping,as well as the negotiation mechanism and algorithm,were designed. Finally,a warehouse cluster management system,which was compatible with the B/ S structure,was established. The operational results of the system verified the feasibility of the MAS application in the shipbuilding related projects' warehouse management,and the effectiveness of the ne-gotiation algorithm was proven,which lays a foundation for further intelligent warehouse management.
