摘 要:为研究混用钢号蜂窝梁挠度的计算方法,引进正交试验法设计9根以腹板高厚比、孔高比、翼缘宽厚比、上翼缘强度为变化因素的简支梁,该梁上、下翼缘采用不同钢号,分析受两点集中荷载作用下的挠度变化。利用试验法,得到蜂窝梁的破坏形态和挠度随4种因素变化的趋势,并用试验所得到的挠度实测值与有限元法和费氏空腹桁架法的计算结果进行对比,获得3种方法的荷载-跨中挠度对比曲线。结果显示,除腹板高厚比对蜂窝梁挠度影响较明显外,其他3个因素都对挠度的贡献并不显著。另外,有限元法和费氏方法与试验实测值的误差均在15%以内,且大多数在10%以内,表明这两种方法都有较高的计算精度。In order to research the calculation methods for the deflection of hybrid castellated beams,orthogonal testing method was applied to design 9 simply supported beams with different web height-thickness ratio,width-to-thickness ratio,diameter-depth ratio,and upper flange strength,so as to analysis the changes of deflection under two concentrated loads. The failure modes and deflection tendency chart changes with four factors of castellated beam were obtained by testing method,and using the deflection formula given in experiment,compared with the computing result obtained from finite element method and Fee’s vierendeel truss method,so as to obtain the three methods’ load-span deflection comparison curves. The results showed that the influence of web thickness ratio on cellular beams’ deflection was more obvious,however,the other three factors contributed to the deflection was not significant. In addition,the errors between the values from the finite element method and Fee’s formula and the measured values were less than 15%,and mostly less than 10%,indicating that both methods had high accuracy.
