摘 要:目的分析十堰市2015年流感样病例暴发疫情的流行病学特征和病原谱构成,为疫情的诊断、预防与控制提供科学依据。方法对十堰市2015年报告的5起流感样病例暴发疫情进行描述流行病学分析;采用实时荧光定量PCR(Real-Time PCR)方法对疫情标本进行14种常见呼吸道病毒的核酸检测。结果 5起流感样病例暴发疫情均发生于城乡中小学校,平均罹患率为3.09%,1、5、9、11、12月各一起,依次由A(H3)型流感病毒、腺病毒、鼻病毒、B型Yamagata系流感病毒及B型Yamagata系流感病毒引起。结论十堰市2015年流感样病例暴发疫情病原主要是流感病毒,其次是腺病毒、鼻病毒等,暴发疫情调查时应开展多种呼吸道病毒检测。Objective To analysis the epidemiological characteristics and pathogen spectrum composition of influenza - like ill- ness outbreaks in shiyan, and provide reference for the diagnosis and prevention and control of the epidemic situations. Methods Descriptive epidemic methods were used to analyze the influenzalike outbreaks in shiyan in 2015. The real - time fluorescence quantitative RT - PCR was used to detect 14 kinds of respiratory virus nucleic acid in the samples of the epidemic situa- tions. Results 5 outbreaks of influenza - like illness occurred in Shiyan City urban and rural primary and secondary schools de- velop at a rate of 3. 09% on average. 5 outbreaks occurred in January, May, September, November and December were caused by influenza A ( H3 ) virus, adenovirus, rhinovirus, influenzae B (Yamagata) viruses and influenzae B (Yamagata) viruses re- spectively. Conclusion The pathogenic of influenza - like illness outbreaks included influenza virus, adenovirus and rhinovirus in Shiyan in 2015. The outbreak investigation should be carried out a variety of respiratory virus detection.
