河北省唐山市未成年艾滋病病例流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解唐山市报告的未成年HIV/AIDS病例的状况及流行病学特征,为更有针对性地开展防控工作提供科学依据。方法从"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"子系统"艾滋病综合防治信息系统"的"HIV/AIDS"病例浏览项下,用Excel 2003软件导出唐山市报告的未成年HIV/AIDS病例资料,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果唐山市累计报告未成年HIV/AIDS病例37例,均为男性,年龄中位数为17岁。学生30例,占总数的81.08%。其中25例为同性性传播,占总数的67.57%,同时交往多个性伴的23例,占62.16%。通过主动接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测检出15例,占总数的40.54%。37例中有30例进行了CD4细胞检测,占总数的81.08%。结论唐山市报告的未成年HIV/AIDS病例逐年增加,以同性性传播为主,艾滋病自愿咨询检测是发现HIV/AIDS的有效途径和开展干预的重要窗口。应加大宣传力度,继续开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测,及时发现和治疗HIV/AIDS对社会及家庭都有积极意义。Objective To understand the minors tangshan reported HIV/AIDS cases, minor infections/the patient＇s status and the characteristics of epidemiology for more targeted to provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control. Methods From the ＂China information system of disease prevention and control＂ subsystem ＂AIDS comprehensive prevention and control of information system＂, under the ＂HIV/AIDS＂ cases of the Excel 2003 software is used to derive the tangshan reports of patients with minor infections/information, description epidemiological methods were analyzed. Results The results of Tangshan has re- ported minor37 cases of HIV/AIDS patients, are men, the median age of 17 years, 30 cases of students accounted for 81.08%. 25 cases of same - sex sexual transmission, accounting for 67.57% , contacts many sex partners have 23 cases at the same time, accounting for 62. 16%. Through active to accept AIDS voluntary counselling checking out of the 15 cases, account- ing for 40. 54%. 37 cases of 30 patients with a CD4 cell count, accounted for 81.08%. Conclusion Tangshan report underage HIV/AIDS patients increased year by year, give priority to with same - sex sexual transmission, AIDS voluntary counseling tes- ting is to find an effective way to HIV/AIDS patients and to carry out the intervention of the important window, should step up publicity, continue to carry out AIDS voluntary counseling testing, timely detection and treatment of HIV/AIDS patients, and family has positive significance to the society.
