摘　　要：目的研究鹿龟酒的急性及亚急性毒性。方法使用SPF级昆明种小鼠经口急性毒性试验、SPF级SD(Sprague Dawley,SD)大鼠30 d喂养试验对鹿龟酒的安全性进行评价。结果鹿龟酒对小鼠的经口最大耐受量(Maximum tolerated dose,MTD)大于46.2 ml/(kg·BW),按急性毒性分级标准判定无毒;30 d喂养试验结果显示鹿龟酒对大鼠30 d喂养各项观察指标未见毒性作用。结论在本实验室条件下,鹿龟酒属于实际无毒级,未显示有急性和亚急性毒性作用。Objective To study on the acute and subacute toxicity of Lugui liquor. Methods The safety of deer turtle wine was evaluated by SPF grade SD （Sprague Dawley, SD） rat 30 -day feeding test using SPF grade Kunming mice oral acute toxicity test. Results The maximum tolerable dose （MTD） of the mice of Lugui liquor was greater than 46. 2 ml/（ kg · BW）, and ac- cording to acute toxicity grading standards to determine non - toxic ; the results of thirty days feeding test showed that Lugui liq- uor had no toxic effect on rats. Conclusion Under the condition of our laboratory, Lugui liquor belongs to actually non - toxic grade, not shown have acute and subacute toxicity effect.
