摘 要:我国盐岩矿床主要为层状结构,在建造岩盐地下储库时腔底不溶物含量大,导致其有效容积变小,造腔成本增加。提出一种排空盐岩地下储库不溶物技术,并进行了排空盐岩地下储库不溶物的无固相混合物配比试验。结果表明,无固相混合物的最优配比为饱和氯化钠水溶液500m L+淀粉5%+甲醛100 m L+生物聚合物(XC)0.5%,其表观黏度、塑性黏度等流变性能参数满足盐岩地下储库排出造腔腔底不溶物的使用条件,温度和时间稳定性较好。高盐条件下,该无固相混合物携砂能力优良,对5种不溶物样品的排空率平均为71.32%,排空效果较好。试验结果可为以聚合物交联淀粉和生物聚合物为主剂的无固相混合物的工业应用提供依据,并可为排出盐岩地下储库不溶物的相关研究提供方向。As main structure of salt rock deposit in China are the layered structure,insoluble substance remains largely in the bottom of salt rock underground gas storage during the period of construction,which resulted in the effective volume smaller and cost of building cavity increased. Technology on vacuating insoluble substance in salt rock underground gas storage was proposed and mixture ratio experiment of solid free mixture for vacuation of insoluble substance in salt rock underground gas storage has been carried out. Result showed that optimal proportion of solid free mixture is saturated sodium chloride solution 500 m L + starch 5% + formaldehyde 100 m L + biopolymers( XC) 0. 5%,its apparent viscosity,plastic viscosity etc. rheological properties parameters can satisfy the working condition of vacuating insoluble substance in salt rock underground gas storage. Thermal and time stability are relatively good. Under the condition of high salinity,sand carrying capacity of this solid free mixture is excellent and average vacuation rate for 5 different kinds of insoluble substance specimen is 71. 32%. Vacuation effect is good. The result can offer basis to industrial application of solid free mixture with polymer cross linked starch and biopolymer( XC) as main agent and offer orientation to the related research of vacuating insoluble substance in salt rock underground gas storage.
