护理干预对老年糖尿病患者临床效果及血糖和生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析护理干预对老年糖尿病患者临床效果及血糖和生活质量的影响。方法从2015年8月-2016年8月期间收治的老年糖尿病患者中,选取86例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组43例,给予综合护理干预,对照组43例,给予常规护理。结果干预后观察组患者FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c低于对照组,心理、社会、躯体、物质功能等生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预,有利于更好地控制血糖,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To research and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the clinical effect, blood glucose and quality of life of senile patients with diabetes. Methods 86 cases of senile patients with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group adopted the routine nursing. Re- suits After intervention, the FBG, 2 hPG, HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the mental, social, somatic and material function and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for senile patients with diabetes is conducive to better eontrol- ling the blood glucose and improving the quality of life, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
