摘　　要：介绍了承钢公司二高线生产线蓄热步进梁式加热炉存在的问题、改造方案的制定及实施情况。通过改造后,彻底解决了原来存在的问题,加热能力、加热质量大幅提高,氧化烧损大幅降低,燃烧更好控制,改造效果良好。The problems existing in the regenerative walking beam reheating furnace of two high speed wire line in Chengde Iron and Steel Company, and the formulation and implementation of the innovation arc introduced. After the transformation, the original problems are completely solved, the heating capacity and the heating quality are greatly improved, the burning loss is reduced, the combustion is better controlled. and the effect is good.
