摘 要:对两种规格X70级螺旋埋弧焊钢管进行取样,对不同弯曲状态的试样进行了拉伸试验,分析了规定总延伸强度和抗拉强度随试样弯曲状态的变化趋势。结果表明:试样的弯曲状态对抗拉强度的影响较小,而对规定总延伸强度的影响较大;试样的弯曲程度越小,规定总延伸强度越大;试验前必须对板型试样进行展平,必要时可给予一定的预加载。最后,提出了工厂加工试样时对试样弯曲状态的控制要求。X70 grade spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes of two specifications were sampled,and the tensile tests were carried out on the specimens under different bending condition.The variation tendency of stipulated total extension strength and tensile strength with bending condition of specimens was analyzed.The results show that:the bending condition of the specimens had little influence on the tensile strength and great influence on the stipulated total extension strength;the less the bending degree of the specimens was,the larger the stipulated total extension strength was;the plate specimens should be flattened before testing,and could be given a certain preload if necessary.Finally,the control requirements of bending condition in the specimen processing were put forward for manufactories.
