摘　　要：在生产作业中加强施工机械管理,可以直接提高经济效益及生产效率。本文论述了加强施工机械管理的重要性,针对当前施工机械管理中存在的一些问题进行了分析,并且针对问题提出了相应的解决方案,希望对相关企业及施工机械管理人员有所帮助。To strengthen the construction machinery management in production operation can directly improve the economic efficiency and production efficiency. This paper discusses the importance of strengthening the construction machinery management, analyzes some problems existing in current construction machinery management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems, hoping to provide reference for the relevant enterprises and construction machinery management personnel.
