桑菊止咳颗粒治疗成人支原体肺炎72例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨桑菊止咳颗粒治疗成人支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年1月吉林省中医药科学院第一临床医院收治的72例成人支原体肺炎患者,采用随机数字表分为试验组和对照组,每组36例。试验组给予桑菊止咳颗粒1袋/次,2次/d,开水冲服;对照组给予阿奇霉素分散片0.5 g,饭后2 h口服。两组病例均可使用物理降温,对剧烈呛咳者,应适当予镇咳药并嘱其多饮水,补充维生素C等对症及一般治疗,两组疗程均为14 d。采集两组治疗前、治疗后3、7 d、疗程结束时中医四诊资料,分析两组治疗前后血尿常规、肝肾功能、胸片、肺炎支原体抗体(Gimp)等,进行疗效性及安全性评价。结果:试验组的综合疗效、中医证候疗效、中医症状疗效均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桑菊止咳颗粒治疗成人支原体肺炎临床疗效显著,且有较高的安全性。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sangju zhike granules in the treatment of adult Mycoplasma pneumonia.Method： From June 2016 to January 2017, 72 cases with Mycoplasma pneumonia were selected, they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method 36 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Sangju zhike granules 1 packet each time, mixed with warm water 2 times each day.The control group was given 0.5 g Azithromyein Dispersible Tablets, 2 hours after the meal orally.They were all given the physical cooling, for pationts who with severe choking, should be given appropriate antitussives treatment, more water, vitamin C and other symptomatic treatment.Two groups＇ course of treatment both were 14 days.Before and after treatment 3 days, 7 days, the treatment course end, the traditional chinese medicine （TCbl） four diagnostic data of the two groups were collected, before and after treatment, the result of hematuria routine, liver and kidney function, chest X-ray and Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody （ MP-IgM ） were analysed, the efficacy and safety of the tow groupa were evaluated. Result： The comprehensive curative effect, TCM syndromic effect, TCM symptom of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Sangju zhike granules in the treatment of adult mycoplasma pneumonia has good chnical efficacy and safety.
