摘　　要：目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术后预防深静脉血栓形成的护理干预临床效果。方法:选择2014年1月-2016年12月期间本院收治的200例行人工髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,运用随机数字法将其分为两组,每组各100例。其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用分级护理结合可视健康教育,对两组的护理效果进行比较分析。结果:观察患者的肢体肿胀、疼痛发生率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的术后DVT发生率更低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险分级护理预防结合可视健康教育,能够有效预防老年人工髋关节置换手术患者围手术期下肢深静脉血栓形成,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on prevention of deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty.Method： In our hospital, 200 eases of artificial hip joint replacement patients from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects, according the randomly table number, they were divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group was used combining with visual grading nursing health education, the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Result： The incidence of limb swelling and pain in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative DVT was lower in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Risk grading nursing care combined with visual health education, can effectively prevent the elderly patients with hip replacement surgery in the perioperative period of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, it is worth promoting.
