摘  要:主要针对近几年随着原油劣质化、重质化以及高盐高金属含量带来的传统电脱盐乳化严重,脱后原油盐和金属含量高,排水油含量高等问题,介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司长岭分公司和湖南长岭石化科技开发有限公司共同自主开发的强化传质膜接触反应器技术及其侧线试验和工业试验情况。此技术创新地用于常减压装置原油预处理,在高空速、停用电场、停用破乳剂条件下,高效脱盐脱水和脱金属,并结合乌鲁木齐石化炼油厂加工原油的特性,建议采用此技术替代目前使用的传统电脱盐工艺。This paper focuses on the problems of the traditional desalination emulsification,the high content of crude oil and the high metal content and the high content of drainage oil in the past few years,including the problems of crude oil degradation,heavy quality and high salt and high metal content.Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.Changling Branch and Hunan Changling Petrochemical Technology Development Co.,Ltd.jointly developed the enhanced mass transfer membrane contact reactor technology and its side line test and industrial test situation,this technology is used for the continuous distillation of crude oil Pretreatment,high altitude,deactivated electric field,deactivated demulsifier conditions,efficient desalination dehydration and demetallization.And combined with Urumqi Petrochemical refinery processing crude oil characteristics,the proposed use of this technology to replace the current use of the traditional electric desalination process.
