摘　　要：由于我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,对化工的产品的需求也越来越大。许多化工产品都是以液体的形式存在,所以这些液体化工产品的输送就需要管道。然而在目前化工产品的生产过程中,生产化工产品的装备和输送液体化工产品的管道常常会受到液体化工产品的腐蚀和影响。包括化工产品的温度、酸碱度、压力以及输送管道的材料和焊接缺陷等。要想出一种合理的方法应对管道泄漏,而带压堵漏便是一种很好的应对技术,但这种带压堵漏技术要求相对较高。主要探讨了针对管道泄漏而提出的带压堵漏夹具的设计。Due to the development of our economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,our demand for chemical products is also growing.As far as we know,many chemical products are in the form of liquid,so the delivery of these liquid chemical products need to pipeline.However,in the current production process of chemical products,the production of chemical products,equipment and transportation of liquid chemical products,the pipeline is often subject to the corrosion and impact of liquid chemical products.Among these factors include chemical products,temperature,p H,pressure and transportation of pipe materials and welding defects.We have to come up with a reasonable way to deal with pipeline leakage,and with pressure plugging is a good coping technology,but this pressure with plugging technology is relatively high.And this article will be discussed for the pipeline leakage and put the pressure plugging fixture design.
