摘 要:目的探讨儿童血清维生素A缺乏(vitamin A deficiency,VAD)与感染性疾病的关系。方法采取随机抽样方法,抽取慈溪市预防中心共3000名6岁以下儿童,按年龄层分成6个小组,检测维生素A,在避光条件下采集儿童指血、分离血清,以严格的质量控制,用微量荧光法检测血清维生素A(vitamin A,VA)浓度。结果 2周内儿童血清VA缺乏率增加,导致儿童发热、急性呼吸道感染(ARI)腹泻的发病率增加。结论我国儿童血清VA含量低、缺乏率高的儿童不论个体或群体都表现为易于发生急性感染疾病,VAD是引起儿童易于发生急性感染性疾病的重要原因之一。加强健康教育,提高家长的喂养知识,适当口服鱼肝油滴剂和合理喂养,有利于小儿的健康成长。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum vitamin A deficiency (vitam in A deficiency, VAD) and infectious diseases in children.MethodsAdopt the method of random sampling, sample of Cixi City prevention center with a total of 5000 children under the age of 6, according to the age groups were divided into 6 groups, the detection of vitamin A in children refers to the blood, separation of serum collected in dark conditions, with strict quality control, detection of serum vitamin A by fluorescence method (vitamin A the concentration of VA.).ResultsIn the two weeks, the incidence of VA in children with fever and acute respiratory infection (ARI) increased.ConclusionOur children's serum VA content is low, the lack of the high rate of children regardless of individuals or groups are prone to acute infection, VAD is the cause of children prone to acute infectious diseases is one of the important reasons.To strengthen health education, improve parents' feeding knowledge, proper oral Cod Liver Oil drops and reasonable feeding, is conducive to the healthy growth of children.
