胱抑素C和同型半胱胺酸与早期糖尿病肾病的关系分析

摘　　要：目的对胱抑素C（Cystatin C,Cys C）和同型半胱胺酸（homocysteine,Hcy）与早期糖尿病肾病的关系予以分析和探讨。方法将2013年6月~2015年12月于解放军第117医院进行治疗的48例2型糖尿病设为观察组,其中30例合并早期肾病患者为观察1组,18例单纯2型糖尿病患者为观察2组,选取同期在解放军第117医院体检的28名健康人员设为对照组,分别检测血清Cys C和Hcy水平,观察组同时测算尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值（urinary albumin/creatinine ratio,Ualb/cr）,对3组的检测结果进行分析比较。结果观察组的血清Cys C和Hcy水平均明显高于对照组,且观察1组的Cys C和Hcy水平明显高于观察2组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组的血清Cys C和Hcy水平与Ualb/cr呈正相关。结论 Cys C和Hcy水平与早期糖尿病肾病的关系在糖尿病肾病的早期诊断中具有非常重要的意义,能够有效提高早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床诊断率。Objective To analyze the relationship between cystatin C（Cys C） and homocysteine（Hcy） in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods48 cases of T2DM patients from June 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital for treatment were chosen as the observation group, including 30 patients with early diabetic nephropathy patients as the observation group 1, 18 cases of T2DM patients as the observation group 2, were selected in our hospital physical examination of 28 healthy persons as control group,serum Cys C and Hcy levels were measured at the same time, urinary albumin / creatinine ratio （Ualb/cr） was measured in the observation group, test results of three groups were analyzed and compared.ResultsThe serum Cys C and Hcy in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, and Cys C and Hcy levels in observed 1 group were significantly higher than that observed in the 2 group, the difference was statistically significant in the observation group, serum Cys C and Hcy level was positively correlated with Ualb/cr.ConclusionThe relationship between Cys C and Hcy levels and early diabetic nephropathy has very important significance in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, can effectively improve the rate of diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy patients.
