摘  要:研究总结了软件全生命周期过程,包括项目立项、需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、软件编码、软件测试、产品发布和运行维护各阶段中可能影响软件质量和软件可靠性的因素,称为影响软件可靠性通用因素,同时影响软件可靠性的还有外部因素,包括操作系统、操作剖面和硬件平台,对于提高软件质量和软件可靠性非常有意义。This paper studies the factors which can affect the software quality and software reliability in various phases of software Life cycle, including project establishment, requirement analysis, summary design, detailed design, software coding, software test, product release as well as operation and maintenance. These factors are called universal factors effected the software reliability. In addition, the external factors which can affect the software reliability include operating system, operating profiles and hardware platform. The research has high significance for improving software quality and reliability.
