建筑施工企业定额建立的障碍因素研究

摘　　要：在对建筑施工企业定额建立现状调查的基础上,通过文献回顾、专家访谈等方式识别建筑施工企业定额建立的障碍因素指标,采用问卷调查和因子分析提炼出企业定额建立障碍的五个公因子,包括企业定额要素、政府宏观管理、建筑市场环境等,在此基础上,提出促进建筑施工企业定额建立的对策与建议。Based on investigation of the establishment of construction company enterprise quota, this paper identifies obstructing factors of construction company enterprise quota by literature review and expert interview, categorizes five common factors by questionnaires and factor analysis, naming enterprise quota element factor, government management factor, market environment factor and etc. On the basis, proposes some suggestions and contermeasures to improve the establishment of construction company enterprise quota.
