摘　　要：随着互联网发展,智慧养老正成为破解养老瓶颈的重要措施。分析智慧养老社区建设的优劣势、机会和威胁,在此基础上,基于SWOT-CLPV模型分析智慧养老社区建设的杠杆效应、抑制性、脆弱性和问题性,并提出智慧养老社区建设路径。Abstract： With the development of internet, smart pension is becoming an important measure to break the bottleneck of pension. First, the paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the construction of smart pension community. On this basis, analyzes the leverage effect, control, vulnerability and problem of construction of smart pension community based on the SWOT-CLPV model. Finally, puts forward the construction path.
