摘　　要：在沈阳市现代建筑产业集群识别的基础上,建立现代建筑产业集群成熟度评价指标体系,测算其成熟度。根据测算结果及判别标准判定沈阳市现代建筑产业集群处于半成熟阶段,并提出发展建议。On the basis of the recognition towards modern construction industry of Shenyang industrial clusters, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of the maturity of modern construction industry clusters, calculates the maturity. According to the measured results and the criteria, determines the modern construction industrial clusters of Shenyang are in semi-mature stage, and puts forward some suggestions.
