摘　　要：探讨过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂杀灭新城疫病毒(NDV)和传染性囊病病毒(IBDV)的效果,为鸡病毒性传染病的防治提供依据。分别采用鸡胚接种法、血凝试验和悬浮杀灭试验测定过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂对NDV和IBDV的杀灭效果。过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂灭活NDV、IBDV的有效浓度均为0.04%,最快有效时间分别为10 min和30 min。过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂可有效杀灭NDV和IBDV。在有效杀灭浓度范围内,随浓度的增高和作用时间的延长对NDV和IBDV的灭活效果增强。In order to provide the evidence for preventing chicken virus communicable diseases, we evaluated the effect of Acetic acid peroxide glutaraldehyde compound disinfectant on new castle disease virus （NDV） and infectious bursa disease virus （IBDV）. Egg inoculation,hemagglutination test were used to and aqecous suspension test determine the effect of Acetic acid peroxide glutaral-dehyde compound disinfectant on New castle disease virus and Infectious bursa disease virus. The effective concentration of disinfectant germicidal to kill NDV and IBDV was 1： 2500,10 min was the shortest time to kill NDV and 30 min was the shortest time to kill IBDV. the efficiency of inactivation of NDV and IBDV increased with the extension of function time and the increase of concentration.
