摘　　要：以可持续发展理论为基础,结合港口物流与绿色物流的特点,构建反映港口企业绿色物流发展水平的评价指标体系.使用云模型将定性与定量相结合,为港口上市企业构建评价模型,以上港集团、天津港、大连港、营口港4个港口上市企业为例进行实证研究,并提出有效改进建议.Based on the theory of sustainable development and combining the characteristics of port logistics and green logistics,the evaluation system of port green-logistics was constructed. The evaluation model was constructed by using the theory of cloud model,and four ports listed companies of Shanghai International Port,Tianjin Port,Dalian Port and Yingkou Port were taken as examples to make empirical research, and some effective suggestions were put forward,which makes the evaluation according with the requirement of sustainable development theory.
