摘 要:目的对慢性脑供血不足患者S100β蛋白同型半胱氨酸水平与脑血流量的相关性进行分析探讨,为今后的临床诊治工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法选择2015年1月至2016年12月间我院收治的,获得临床确诊的慢性脑供血不足患者76例作为研究对象,设为观察组,另取同期健康体检者70例作为对照组,对两组受试者展开颈动脉超声联合经颅多普勒检查,并对受试者展开血液S100β蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平检测,对比分析两组检测结果。结果观察组患者的脑血流量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的S100β蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平较对照组发生显著升高(P<0.05);观察组患者脑血流量与S100β蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平水平呈现明显的负相关(P<0.05)。结论慢性脑供血不足可引起脑血流量降低,S100β蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平显著升高,经分析证实,S100β蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平可能为对慢性脑供血不足患者脑血流量产生影响的独立因素,在今后的临床诊疗工作中,应对其给予足够的重视。Objective To investigate the correlation between S10013 protein homocysteine level and cerebral blood flow in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency, and to provide valuable reference for future clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Seventy-six patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency diagnosed by our hospital from January, 2015 to December, 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group. The other 70 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The two groups of subjects underwent carotid ultrasonography combined with transcranial Doppler examination. The blood S100β protein and homocysteine level of the subjects were tested and the results of the two groups were compared.Results S100β protein and homocysteine in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0. 05). The cerebral blood flow in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0. 05) Blood flow was negatively correlated with S100β protein and homocysteine level (P〈0.05). Conclusions Chronic cerebral insufficiency can cause cerebral blood flow reduction, S100β protein and homocysteine levels are significantly increased, the analysis confirms that S100β protein, homocysteine levels may be an independent factor of cerebral blood flow in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency, in the clinical diagnosis and treatment work in the future, which should be given enough attention.
