摘 要:在利益纠葛面前,当下的学术批评迷失了应有的方向。把握学术批评的方向应从寻找学术批评的真谛出发,由此可以划定"真学术批评"与"假学术批评"之间的界限。"真学术批评"是从帮助对方发现真理的动机出发,遵循以逻辑、价值和情理的正当与否为标准,采取温和的、建设性的批评方式,在共同的语境和学术共同体内部进行的学术交流活动。与之相反的则是"假学术批评"。为了开展"真学术批评",学者要拒绝外部社会对学术共同体内部争议的干预,要尊重对方的人格、学格和真理发现能力,拒绝简单粗暴和片面主观的做法;高校要恰当地、合理地利用学术管理权力并将之与行政管理权力区分开来;国家要实现"政学分途";媒体要发挥对学术失范及学术批评的监督作用。为了揭批"假学术批评",要建立一个独立自主、有着健全的学术争议处理机制的学术共同体,培育一批从事"真学术批评"和揭批"假学术批评"的批评家,树立学术批评不仅是批评"假学术批评"而且还批评"真学术批评"的观念。In the face of interests, the present academic criticism lost direction. To grasp the direction of the academic criticism, we should look for the meaning of academic criticism, which may be delineated as the boundaries between the "real academic" criticism and "fake academic" criticism. "Real academic" criticism is a kind of academic exchange activities within the common context and academic community, which has the motivation to find truth to help each other, follows the justification standard of logic, value and rationality, and takes a mild, constructive criticism way. Its opposite is "false academic" criticism. For "real academic" criti- cism, scholars will refuse the intervention with internal debate of the academic community from external socie- ty, and respect each other's personality, learning and ability to find truth, and refuse simple, crude and one- sided subjective practice. Higher educational institutions should properly and reasonably use academic manage- ment power and distinguish it from administrative management power. The country should realize the political and academic division. Media should play a role of the supervision of academic dishonesty and academic criti- cism. To expose and criticize "fake academic" criticism, we shall establish the academic community that has an independent and a sound academic dispute the "real academic" criticism and expose and processing mechanism, cultivate a group of critics engaged in criticize the "fake academic" criticism, set up the idea that the academic criticism is not only to "fake academic" criticism, but also to "real academic" criticism.
