探讨自助胶片打印系统在放射科的应用——以南京市妇幼保健院为例

摘　　要：目的探讨自助胶片打印系统对于优化放射科检查流程的价值。方法根据科室目前的影像设备和人员状况,搭建自助胶片打印系统构架,分析自助胶片打印系统的运行状况。结果建立影像自助胶片打印系统,通过4个月的使用和分析,每个患者都能通过自助打印终端屏幕上的使用说明成功顺利地打印相应影像检查的胶片,实现了影像胶片的电子化管理和按需打印。患者的秩序井然,缩减了原来需要等待取胶片的时间,减轻了窗口工作人员的强度和降低了出错率,避免了胶片的重复打印。结论自助胶片打印系统的建立优化了科室放射检查的工作流程,有效提高了工作效率,为科室节约了成本。不仅提升了科室的服务水平,还增强了患者对科室服务的满意程度。Objective To discuss the application value of self-service film printing system for optimizing process of Radiology Department. Methods According to the current states of image equipment and personnel in the Department, the self-service film printing system for images was set and the application results were analyzed. Results After 4-month application and analysis, each patient was successfully printed corresponding images according to film print terminal instructions on the screen and in an orderly way, which realized the electronic management and film print on demand. The application of the printing system reduced waiting time, workload and error rate of staff, and avoided repeat print. Conclusion The establishment of the self-help film printing system optimizes the work progress in Radiology Department, which can effectively raise the efficiency and reduce costs. It promotes the service level and enhances the degree of satisfaction of Radiology Department.
