摘 要:火力发电厂超临界机组锅炉热负荷率很高,受热面内大量的沉积物导致金属壁温升高,将超过金属的许用温度,致使金属材料的力学性能急剧下降,最终引起水冷壁爆管,对机组安全运行危害很大。这种超大垢量的沉积物常规清洗介质难于清洗干净。文中介绍了一种新型清洗工艺的研究过程,及其在600 MW超临界机组超大垢量锅炉化学清洗中的应用。该清洗工艺有效清洗了最大垢量达3 086 g/m^2的新建超临界机组锅炉,清洗结束后检测发现残余垢量仅为12.6 g/m^2。机组重新启动后顺利通过168 h试运,并且一直稳定运行。In the thermal power, the thermal load of supercritical unit boiler is very high, and then large amounts of deposits on the heating surface will result in a much higher temperature rise of metallic tube wall. Once the temperature of the tube wall exceeded the allowable temperature of the metallic material, the mechanical property of the material would sharply reduced, and then tube burst of the water cooled wall could occur, that will se.riously impair the safe operation of units. Very large amounts of deposits cleaning technique are difficult to was introduced clean with normal cleaning media.
