摘　　要：针对智慧型生态交通系统建设中面临的交通需求持续增长、考虑因素单一、技术同质化趋势明显等问题,提出应综合考虑交通、产业、空间和政策多要素间的协同影响关系,构建闭环"规-建-管"一体化建设体系,实施基于"交通-产业-空间-政策"多要素协同的一体化构建策略。上述策略旨在由单一、单向、封闭的交通问题解决方法转向互动、融合、开放、创新的智慧生态交通解决方案,有助于城市交通系统的持续优化与升级。In the construction of the smart eco-transport system, there are some problems such as continued growth in traffic demand, single factor of consideration, homogenization of technology trends and so on. In view of the above problems, the strategy was proposed that the synergistic relationship between traffic, industry, space and policy should be considered, and the closed loop integration system of Planning-Construction-Management should be constructed, and the strategy based on the multi factor synergy of Transportation-Industry-Space-Policy should be implemented. These strategies are aimed at from a single, one-way, closed traffic problem solving approach to interactive, integrated, open and innovative intelligent ecological transport solutions. It helps to promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of urban transportation system.
