摘 要:超临界二氧化碳(SCCO2)临界条件容易实现,具有无污染、化学惰性、来源广泛、安全无毒等优点。SCCO2制备聚合物膜是一个新的研究热点,该方法具有传质系数高、聚合物膜干燥速度快且不破坏结构、溶剂易回收、可循环等特点,这使SCCO2已不局限于非溶剂使用,而渗透到多种制膜方法和全过程。介绍了近年来SCCO2在无机膜和高分子膜材料的制备、修饰、干燥和改性等方面的不同应用,并指出应进一步加大成膜的热力学、动力学、微孔膜的分离性能与微孔结构的关系研究,并从热致相分离法(TIPS)稀释剂萃取入手,尽快实现工业化应用。Supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO2 ) , which critical condition is easy to realize, has the ad-vantages of no pollution,chemical inertnesspafe andnontoxic Preparationof SCCO2 polymer mem-brane is a new research hotspot , which has the characteristics of high coefficient of mass transfer , fastdrying speed and no destroying the structure of polymer membrane , recycling solvent. SCCO2 has notlimited to be used as nonsolvent,and penetrated into various membrane preparation method and procesThis paper introduced recent application of SCCO2 in inorganic membrane and polymermem- brane material preparation, modification, drying and other field, and pointed out that we should study the relationship between thermodynamics,kinetics,separation performance of microporous membrane and micropore structure.The process should start with T IPS diluent extraction and realize industrial application as soon as possible.
