中美新型战略核关系与美俄核信任问题研究

摘　　要：中国的核军控政策是中国国家安全战略不可分割的组成部分。中国核军控政策形成与发展的历程,适应的是中国所面临的特定安全环境;在涉及对外安全方面,目前首先要考虑到美、俄等核武器国家,通过建立核信任措施,维护全球与地区的战略稳定。分析美俄以及中国在核领域建立信任措施的理念与实践,建立中美核信任十分必要。China＇s nuclear arms control policy is an integral part of its national security strategy, and it is developed to adapt to specific security environment. In international security？ we should first pay atten-tion to the United States, Russia and other nuclear weapon countries. We should build effective confidence in nuclear aspects to maintain global and regional strategic stability. The ideas and practices of the United States and Russia in trust building in nuclear issues are good examples for us to learn in building Sino-US confidence.
