摘  要:火工品引爆线路电流的计算和验证是运载火箭控制系统设计中的一项重要内容。首先介绍火工品引爆线路组成,其次建立火工品引爆线路电流计算等效模型,给出3种不同类型引爆线路电流的理论计算方法,之后给出小电流测试、模拟发火试验和正式发火试验3种试验验证方法。试验结果表明理论计算结果与试验值基本吻合。The calculation and verification of the initiating explosive circuit operating current is an important constituent part of launch vehicle control system. Firstly, the paper puts forward the composition of the initiating explosive circuit. Then, three different calculation methods for the initiating explosive circuit operating current based on the equivalent model are provided. Finally, three different test methods are provided, such as little current test, the simulated explosive initiator test, the explosive initiator test. The results calculated with the equivalent model agree with those from test. The above methods can serve as a reference for engineering applications.
