新生儿科护士疼痛管理认知现状调查分析与对策

摘　　要：目的:了解新生儿科护士对新生儿疼痛管理的知识掌握情况,为制定相关理论培训提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,于2016年1~7月,对广东省4所三级甲等综合医院及4所妇幼保健院共406名新生儿科护士进行无记名调查。结果:回收有效问卷366份,有效率为90.15%,新生儿科护士疼痛管理知识平均掌握程度为15.09%;其中,仅7.92%的护士会使用新生儿疼痛评估工具;仅12.30%的新生儿科护士参加过疼痛相关知识培训。结论:应尽早对新生儿科护士开展疼痛管理相关知识培训。Objective： To understand the knowledge of nurses on neonatal pain management in department of Neonatology and to provide reference for the de-velopment of relevant theoretical training. Methods ： A total of 406 nurses in department of Neonatology were surveyed in four third - grade class - A hospi-tals and four maternal and child health centers in Guangdong province from January 2016 to July 2016 by self - designed questionnaire. Results ： A total of 366 valid questionnaires were received with an effective rate of 90. 15%. The average knowledge of pain management in nurses was 15.09%. Among which only 7. 92% of nurses were able to use neonatal pain assessment tools and only 12. 30% of nurses participated pain related knowledge training. Conclusion ： Pain management related knowledge training should be carried out as soon as possible among nurses in department of Neonatology.
