摘　　要：介绍了我国南方某省级大型综合性医院在推进机电及物业零星维修服务工作外包社会化的步骤和过程,探讨社会化的管理模式,为此类服务外包工作的推进和管理提供参考思路。The steps and process of the socialization of outsourcing the electromechanical and property maintenance in a provincial general hospital in South China were introduced to discuss about socialized management modes and provide ref-erences for promotion and management of outsourcing such services.
