摘　　要：目的系统评价慢性心力衰竭中医证型与左室射血分数相关性的研究。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学全文数据库(CBM)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国重要会议论文全文数据库、美国国立医学图书馆(PubM ed)数据库,收集慢性心力衰竭中医证型与左室射血分数相关性的文献,按照文献纳入、排除标准纳入文献,进行文献质量评价、提取数据,应用RevM an 5.3进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入文献10篇,阳虚水泛与气虚血瘀、气阴两虚、心肾阳虚比较,左室射血分数Meta分析均有统计学意义,敏感性分析后结论统一,漏斗图显示存在发表偏倚。结论左室射血分数偏低可以作为慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证诊断的客观化参考指标之一。Objccllvo This study was aimed to systematically evaluate the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome types and left ventricular ejection fractions （LVEF） in chronic heart failure （CHF）.Methods China Biological Medicine da-tabase （CBM）, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）,VIP and PubMed database were retrieved by computer,and the articles of correlation between TCM syndrome types and LVEF in CHF were corlected.According to the study of the inclusion criteria and quality of literature evaluation,the liferatures were screened and analyzed by RevMan 5.3. Results We eventually screen 8 ref- erences.Yang deficiency and water permit syndrome was compared to qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome,qi yin deficiency syn-drome and heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome,meta analysis of LVEF had statistical significance.Sensitivity analysis showed an uniform conclusion and Figure shows there were published migration funnel.Conclusion LVEF as an objectification of the refer-ence index of diagnostic of yang deficiency and water permit syndrome in CHF.
