参元益气活血胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛病人生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参元益气活血胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀证病人生存质量的影响。方法采用随机对照研究,将97例不稳定型心绞痛病人按随机数字表法分为治疗组(49例)与对照组(48例),治疗组予西医常规治疗加用参元益气活血胶囊,对照组予西医常规治疗。两组疗程均为4周。观察两组病人治疗前后中医症状积分和西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分变化。结果治疗后两组病人中医症状积分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组病人SAQ各项评分均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),治疗组的躯体活动受限程度(PL)、心绞痛稳定状态(AS)、心绞痛发作情况(AF)、治疗满意程度(TS)方面都较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论在西医规范治疗基础上联合使用参元益气活血胶囊,可以改善不稳定型心绞痛病人的中医症状积分,提高病人的西雅图心绞痛量表积分。Objective To explore the effects of Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue capsule （SYHC） on the quality of life in patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods Ninety seven patients with UAP were randomly divided into 2 groups：control group （n=48） treated with routine treatment of western medicine,and treatment group （n = 49） treated with SYHC and routine treatment of west-ern medicine for 4 weeks. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） symptom and Seattle Angina Questionnaire （SAQ） were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in two groups were higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The TCM symptom scores in treatment group were higher than that in control group（ P〈0.05）. SAQ scores in two groups were higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The scores of SAQ physical limitation （PL） , angina stability （AS） , angina frequency （AF）,treatment satisfaction （TS） in treatment group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion SYHC and routine treatment of western medicine can improve the TCM symptom scores and SAQ scores in patients with UAP.
