摘 要:基于某电厂超超临界运行炉化学清洗的工程需求,结合锅炉结构特点及垢层成分分析,从常用有机清洗剂中初步筛选出羟基乙酸+甲酸为清洗介质。实验室小型试验验证了羟基乙酸+甲酸的清洗效果,并确定了双氧水的钝化浓度。描述了工程的实施过程并介绍了关键技术措施。清洗结果表明:化学清洗效果优良,各项指标均优于清洗导则的要求,其中,除垢率98.7%,腐蚀速率1.428 g/m^2h;清洗废液经处理后,COD、pH和悬浮物指标均达到了国家排放标准。On the basis of engineering requirement for chemical cleaning of the power plant ultra-supercritical operating boil-er ,and combining structure characteristics of the boiler and component analysis on the scaling layer, glycolic acid + formic acid was preliminarily picked out as cleaning medium from common organic acid cleaning agents. Laboratory pilot test veri-fied cleaning effect of glycolic add + formic acid and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in passivation process was de-termined. This paper describes execution process of the engineering and introduces key technique measures. The chemical cleaning effect is excellent and each index is superior to requirements of guideline for chemical cleaning of fossil plant. The results show that descaling rate is 98. 7%, corrosion rate is 1. 428 g/m^2h, in addition, chemical oxygen demand, pH value and suspended matter index of cleaning wastewater are all up to national emission standards after treatment.
