通信基础设施、区域经济一体化与经济发展——基于“丝绸之路经济带”国家和地区的面版数据模型

摘　　要：为实现"丝绸之路经济带"沿线国家和地区的经济可持续发展战略提供研究依据,文章主要从通信基础设施建设视角,利用"丝绸之路经济带"上中亚五国及陕西省1995—2015年的数据,通过建立面版数据模型,考察了各地区经济增长与通信基础设施发展的关系,以及区域经济一体化在这一过程中的作用,同时也注意到市场规模促进经济增长的潜力。研究发现:通过通信基础设施条件的改善,尤其是移动通信条件的改善,对"丝绸之路经济带"沿线国家和地区经济增长的正向促进作用是普遍的,但"丝绸之路经济带"区域经济一体化程度并不高,而地区经济增长的动力仍主要来源于人口增长所释放出的巨大红利。因此,伴随各地区市场规模的不断扩大,"丝绸之路经济带"沿线国家和地区需进一步改善通信基础设施条件、加大投资,并不断扩大对外贸易和金融组织创新,进一步加强区域经济一体化合作。In order to provide research bases, this paper mostly from communication infrastructure perspective has selected the 1995 to 2015 panel date of 5 countries in the economic belt along the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and Shaanxi province, and the effect of regional integration. This paper also consider the market scale meanwhile. It verified the relationship of communication infra-structure ,regional economic integration and economic growth of every country and region based on the panel date model. The empiri-cal results showed that the level of regional economic integration isn＇t high. The improvement of communication infrastructure plays a universal positive boosting role in the economic growth. And the population growth is now still a most important motive force to pro-mote every country and region economic growth. So the inevitable choice is to increase communication infrastructure investment and to improve financial and cooperation innovation.
